7. Termination

7.1 Termination by Client: Clients may terminate the service agreement at any time, but will be responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination.

7.2 Termination by Agency: Nagpur Detective Agency reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches any terms or engages in illegal activities.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Maharashtra. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or our services will be resolved in the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
